A converted barn located in the Shropshire village of Cockshutt, it can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
The Oaks is a spacious barn conversion in the village of Cockshutt in Shropshire. It has four bedrooms comprising of two king-size bedrooms with en-suites and two twin rooms, there is also a family bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep eight people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for five cars, a lawn and a patio with furniture. The Oaks is a beautifully furnished cottage providing cosy accommodation throughout the year.
Amenities: Please note: The property does not accept pets until September 2025. Eco underfloor heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Lawn and patio with furniture. A selection of games are also available. No smoking.One well behaved pet welcomed. Shops 1 mile, Coffee Hatch cafe 1 mile, pub 10 minute walk. Note: There is a large, unfenced pond nearby, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is a small fish pond close by with Roach and guests are welcome to fish free of charge. Suitable for golf breaks, escorted with or without transport. Local advice is available. Note: Extra occupancy during the day is by prior permission
