We stayed in this flat for a week and had a mixed experience.Pros:The location is beautiful and peaceful. The house is cozy, clean, and has decent amenities. The host was kind and responsive, though a bit distant, and kindly provided some towels when we asked.Cons:The neighboring flats were occupied by smokers, and the smell of smoke was noticeable even inside our apartment upon arrival. Customer service did not help, which was disappointing, actually, after the first responses they never tried to solve the problem.The kitchen is outdated and had a strong gas smell—manageable in summer with windows open, but potentially an issue in colder months. Bed linens were not ready, and we had to search the house to find them—clearer instructions would have helped.Check-out was at 10 AM instead of the usual 11, without prior notice. We were firmly asked to leave after being just 15 minutes late, which felt a bit harsh, especially since we were traveling with a small child.Overall:A beautiful place with potential, but it would benefit from better communication, clearer instructions, and some updates for a more comfortable stay.
