Property was in the main location and so close to every attraction. If you wanted tea/coffee or water you needed to go to reception area. You were given code and easy access to the room on the 1st floor.
Air conditioning wasn’t working well. First night we were freezing cold, after reporting it was supposed to be sorted but then it was too hot because it wasn’t working at all. Radiator in tge bathroom was hot all day and night. We’re unable to switch the blue lights off and mattress wasn’t great. As someone mentioned already about location, you heard everything late night parties and early cleaning services. Proper buffet Breakfast only served in Kopp(sorry forgot the remaining bit), the other places ask you to choose (as quickly as you possibly can) what you want to drink, and give option for a sandwich already made or pastry.
Close to the Niccoretti parking (but gosh women in that parking lot must be hating tutors she was rude.).

Centrally located and very convenient to parking. The room was beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Mary helped make our stay very special. Would definitely recommend!
