This was the first VRBO stay for our group of three couples, a stay of 4 nights, after spending 2 nights at a hotel in Amsterdam. It was great to be out in the countryside, but within walking distance of several restaurants. We stayed 4 nights here, before we moved on to another VRBO in Bastogne for 4 nights, followed by 3 nights at a VRBO nearer to the Amsterdam airport. All of the VRBOs were good. We appreciated the washer and dryer, allowing us to do a bit of laundry to have clean clothes for the rest of the trip. We also enjoyed seeing the livestock (some sheep and three donkeys). The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, worked great for us, and we made good use of the kitchen facilities and dining room. Out in the country, centrally located for day trips to the important EU city of Brussels, the beautiful city of Brugge (or Bruges), and the historic World War I trenches at Ypres, the "Stables" was the perfect VRBO for our venture to Belgium for history.

We enjoyed our stay at "the Stables." It was a great place for 3 couples to stay. It was a great central location for day trips to Ypres (Iepers), Brussels, and Bruge. We enjoyed seeing the livestock (sheep & donkeys) in the adjacent field. It was very nice to stay outside the city, out in the countryside.

Very nice reception, pristine meadows, donkeys and more. Super bedrooms, nice kitchen with loads of handy utensils🤗 Good connection to Bruge… The group is extremely satisfied☺️🎉

De aankomst was prima in orde, we werden onmiddellijk verder geholpen. De accommodatie was ruim, mooi en proper. Een heel groene omgeving met veel te doen voor kinderen in de buurt (op kwartiertje rijafstand met de auto). Een minpuntje: de autostrade is erg goed te horen op de locatie.
