There is plenty of space. The beds are ok and 3 bathrooms were nice to have. Dishwasher was useful. Didn't use TV but WLAN was very useful.
What I missed was a table and chair for outside. I enjoy having breakfast outside so even just a small table & 2 chairs would have been great. An electric kettle would have made making tea mush easier.
I didn't get to meet the owner. There is a pile of touristy information but it seems to have been left by guests. I would have appreciated a bit more local knowledge and tips.
Bottom line: a good location with potential to be great.

Die Erfahrungen und Eindrücke der ersten Rezessionen können wir nur bestätigen. Ein paar kleine Mängel führen zu Punktabzug. Keine großen Kaffeetassen vorhanden, fehlender Duschvorhang im Bad, Unordnung in der Garage, ...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, von dem Haus aus kann man tolle Wanderungen machen. Die Gegend ist klasse, der Comer See ist schnell zu erreichen und es wird nie langweilig da der See viel bietet. Das Auto ist allerdings eine Grundvoraussetzung, ansonsten hat man keine Chance etwas zu erleben. Nicht auf die Busverbindung verlassen!

Shower cabine did not work properly, water was running, also problems with jacuzy-shower head (in master bedroom), in kitchen many things not there which you expect, like kettle, knives, only Italian tv, no van, garage is nice and a lounge room. rooms are big. Nice location and kind owner.
