Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. La maison est tb équipée et idéalement située/a la plage
Le partage du jardin avec la propriétaire s est tb passé mais peut être prévoir une délimitation (barrière ou autre) pour faciliter ce point notamment avec de jeunes enfants tjs tentés de profiter pleinement du jardin!

La maison est située à moins de 200m de la plage et d'une épicerie, restaurants, ce qui est très agréable et pratique. Elle est très bien entretenue et décorée, on ne manque de rien. Par contre, il faut savoir que la propriétaire habite une partie arrière de la maison, elle doit juste traverser une partie du jardin, j’avoue que cela m’avait perturbé ayant 3 ados mais au final ce n’est pas gênant du tout. La propriétaire est très discrète.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint Martin de Bréhat.
La maison est très propre, très fonctionnelle et très bien placée.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had a lovely stay! The house is a cosy beach house, the beds are nice and everything you need is there. Madame Porée made us feel very welcome and didn't mind the noise our young kids made :) The master bedroom has a balcony from which you can see the ocean between the houses in front, that was a treat!
The house is a one minute walk from the beach and a two minute walk from the small and lively centre. In the evenings you can stroll along the dike which runs alongside the beach. Also good for skateboarding and riding a bike or a scooter. The surroundings are amazing and there's so much to do.
We didn't want to leave after one week and we hope to come back to this place again!
