About this villa rental
Single-family villa for exclusive use with private swimming pool immersed in the greenery of a park of approximately 10,000 square meters, with panoramic views of the Majella and the sea. Located in Frisa (CH), it is 10 km from the Trabocchi beaches, 40 km from the ski resorts and 2 hours by car from Rome. The villa built in a contemporary style has a double bedroom in open space, a twin bedroom, a sofa with two beds in open space, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room and swimming pool for exclusive use surrounded by lawn. Furniture and design finishes. Integrated in a particularly suggestive rural context under the landscape profile.
There is a stereo system with piped music, CD player, DVD, bluray, TV and 100 'projector with home theater system.
The house is fully fenced and privacy is protected by high vegetation perimeter of the land.
Security is guaranteed by a surveillance institute and the perimeter of the building is controlled by external cameras.
Indoor parking with 5 parking spaces, 2 of which are covered.
The nearest beach is about 10 km away; from this year, an umbrella with chair and deckchair is available to guests of Villa Emilio, at one of the Lidos of Ortona beach, directly on the sea.
The house is a few hundred meters from prestigious wine cellars with interesting contemporary architectural features. In addition, the structure is bordering on a farmhouse renowned for its typical local cuisine. The area is served by public transport such as buses stopping a few hundred meters from the house. At 3 km there is the brand new regional racetrack where you can race with your own vehicles or with karts rented at the structure itself. At 10 km there is the port of Ortona for embarkation towards Croatia and at 70 km the port of Termoli for embarkation for the wonderful Tremiti islands.
In the area it is possible to do Trekking and mountain biking, or alternatively, horse tourism, fishing tourism or excursions with pleasure boat on the Trabocchi coast through external service. Last but not least, the city of Ortona, subject to countless influences in the past, is rich in history and monuments which testify to its importance over the centuries. Not least the surrounding villages, which testify their history (basilica of San Giovanni in Venere in Fossacesia, the Eucharistic Miracle in Lanciano and the home of the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio in Pescara).
The whole region deserves to be visited for its natural and historical beauties.

Cinzia and Tomasso were wonderful hosts and took such lovely care of the beautiful villa. We had such an enjoyable stay and the surroundings were peaceful, serene, and the home and property was immaculately maintained. We were welcomed by Cinzia and a generous welcome basket filled with pasta, three bottles of wine and freshly baked Italian cookies and homemade marmalade. Our family holiday was the best ever, we cannot wait to return!

Wo soll man anfangen, wenn man solch einen wunderschönen Urlaub beschreiben möchte?
Im Grunde kann man es zusammenfassen mit: traumhafte Ferien in einem unglaublichen Haus. Aber das allein wäre zu wenig. Denn dann kommen noch Francesca und Tommaso dazu. Und die Kombination aus allem hat uns den sicherlich schönsten Ferienhaus-Urlaub beschert, den wir je hatten.
Das Haus selbst ist einfach perfekt. Es hat alles was man sich wünschen kann und noch viel mehr davon. Es ist modern, technisch auf dem höchsten Stand und gibt einem die Möglichkeit, richtig zu entspannen. Jeder kommt hier auf seine Kosten… Ganz egal was man sich wünscht. Das Haus ist perfekt gepflegt und super sauber. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen…so etwas erlebt man nicht so oft. Im Grunde haben wir uns ab der ersten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt. Klasse!
Naja und dann gibt es noch Francesca und Tommaso. Die beiden haben extrem zu unserer Entspannung beigetragen. Zwei tolle Menschen, die immer versucht haben, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Dies gipfelte dann sogar darin, dass sie meinem kleinen Sohn Luis zu seinem 13. Geburtstag eine wunderschöne und super leckere Torte organisiert haben. Wahnsinn!
Ganz ehrlich - das Haus, Francesca, Tommaso…all das MUSS man ausprobiert haben. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, hier einmal Urlaub zu machen! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Villa Emilio ist der Himmel auf Erden, inmitten schönster Natur und doch so nah zu allen Dingen, die man sich in seinem Urlaub wünscht, das Meer, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele, keine 10 Autominuten entfernt.
Die Villa befindet sich auf einem riesengroßen privaten Grundstück, umgeben von weiten Weinbergen für maximale Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Das Grundstück ähnelt einem Park, der Garten ist perfekt angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr modern, sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr neuwertig. Alles was man benötigt, wirklich alles, ist im Haus vorhanden. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist gigantisch, riesengroß, immer sauber und gepflegt.
Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage, einzigartig wie nie zuvor und freuen uns schon auf 2023... Francesca & Tomaso, herzlichen Dank für Eure einzigartige Gastfreundschaft! Ihr seid wunderbare Menschen!

Villa Emilio ist eine traumhafte, exklusive Villa. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Das W-Lan funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool ist super. Alle Bilder und Beschreibungen sprechen für sich. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in dieser exclusiven Villa zum entspannen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt der Gastgeberin Francesca. Sie hat uns besonders warmherzig empfangen. Wein und Nudeln gab es als Willkommensgeschenk. Sie hat uns viele wichtige Tipps und Ratschläge für Ausflüge und für die Nutzung der Villa gegeben. Optional war sogar bereits ein Tisch für uns in einem vielbesuchten Restaurants gebucht. Für alle Fragen oder Probleme konnten wir Francesca jederzeit mobil erreichen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Francesca für die Hilfsbereitschaft und liebe Grüße an Tommaso. Wir kommen gerne wieder .... Ulrike und Torsten
