Fantastic view on Como Lake is just a start to a great experience. Quiet area with a lot of privacy, clean and well equipped kitchen, with friendly staff.
Location allows it to go quickly to Valtellina, Tirano (start of Bernina Express), Bellagio, city of Como, etc. Great choice of places for short excursions.
Note: this is a place for people traveling with a car (free parking on the estate), there is a train stopping nearby but it would not be easy get here from the station.

Incredible views of Lake Como from enormous glass doors opening onto the balcony.
Very noisy with no adherence to the “quiet hours”. Cold and impersonal. Felt like a property that was managed from afar. Parking was difficult with frequent need to rearrange vehicles. Seemed like a “party spot”.
