A ground floor cottage set in the town of Combe Martin in Devon, it can sleep nine people in three bedrooms.
The Cabin is a ground floor cottage in the Devon village of Combe Martin. It has three bedrooms including a king size with an en-suite, a family room with a double bed and a triple bunk and an adult bunk room, there is also a shower room, it can sleep nine people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room. To the outside sits off road parking for three cars and a rear enclosed garden with a lawn, gravel area and a decking area with furniture. The Cabin is a stunning cottage in a fantastic seaside village. Please note: This property does not accept 1 or 2 night bookings.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair. Stairgate for kitchen. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed garden with a gravel area, lawn area and decking with tables and chairs. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 minute walk, pub less than 1 minute walk. Beach 15 minute walk. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple are all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens close by, offering unique insights into local history. Woolacombe beach is close by and is an excellent place for surfing, whilst the South West coastal path passes within a mile for those who love rambling.

The Cabin was the most well equipped place we have ever stopped. It was clean and tidy. Generous living/dining area. Kitchen is small but fully functional with everything you need. Electric hob took abit of getting used to, but managed it. The owner left us a little care package which was very nice of them which consisted of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and a little gift. Main bathroom had a shower cubicle. Main bedroom was very comfortable with an ensuite bathroom (bath but no shower).
2nd bedroom was big and very comfortable with 2 double beds which could be a little awkward if adults were sharing, but fine for kids. 3rd bedroom small with a bunk bed. Good for kids, but adults wouldn't fit.
Nice little garden with grass for a dog.
If there was one thing they could look at was some of the doors. Particularly the main bathroom, we all got locked in at some point.
Chippy over the road that's open mon-sat 5-8pm. But would recommend ordering on the Friday as it gets really busy with orders so don't allow walk ins.
2 large pubs with gardens within 2 mins walk of the cabin. Neither did food when we were there, but I think one does normally, but the chef was on holiday. Both allowed dogs.
Combe Martin is small and beach wasn't the best, all pebbles, no sand. Parking is very difficult. Best to walk the 15 mins to the beach. But the Cabin is ideally situated as a base for visiting Woolacombe and Ilfracombe ect. Saunton sands was a lovely beach too. Good for body boarding and dog friendly.
