The food variety was excellent, lovely range of cooked dishes aswell as fresh salads, soup, desserts , breads and fresh fruit. Seaview balcony room was as expected. The room was small but did our job as we were hardly in it. Our room was serviced every day with fresh towels and sanitised. The main areas were kept clean and well maintained. We both booked the spa downstairs… stunning, Turkish bath and massage. We booked in four times in one week, it was so good. Private beach and pontoon for sunbathing was great a few steps from the hotel.
Staff uniform abit grubby, stained polo shirts, young staff didn’t really interact with us at all. The lift needed cleaned inside and out. Loud noise from adjoining hotels but calmed down around 11pm/midnight. Beach beds were ripped and wooden tables etc in disrepair. Maintainance needed in this area

Everything about the property was excellent.
The staff, the food and the management were above and beyond excellent.
I highly recommended this hotel it was perfect for myself and my wife.
Couldn’t find anything we didn’t like, sorry!

Closeness to the beach.
Good food and free drinks.
Large room with comfy beds, lots of mirrors, and good lighting and plenty of sockets. Lots of drawers and wardrobe space with hangers.
Friendly staff.
Pool was lovely and clean, if a little small.
Although the room was soundproofed, the bathroom was not, and you could hear everything from the room next door. Also the Grand Turban hotel next door played extremely loud music, very late, which disturbed sleep. This is something unique beach could not rectify however they should be complaining more on behalf of their residents.
There were ants in the room.
There was only one small bin in the bathroom. The cleaner did not clean or replace dirty cups and coffee/tea.
There was no chair in the room (two on the balcony which we used instead)

Bed was comfortable
Everything else, rooms look nice but are very dirty and dull. Very loud everywhere, can hear everything from the rooms, we were blessed with hearing our above neighbours and their toilet visits every morning.
Hotel states all inclusive but only has the bar in the restaurant so once you’re at the “private beach” you have to walk back and forth all day.
Reception staff do not speak English, one spoke minimal, the other just pointed to us.
Loungers on the beach are filthy, could be very well maintained but sadly not.
As far as somewhere to sleep, it was ok for the price. Had we been there longer than 2 nights we would have been requesting a room change and deep clean.
