Our well-equipped residence Piana dei Greci is immersed in an olive grove 2 km from the sea and the heart of Peschici (which can be covered in just a few minutes), including a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished veranda and air conditioning.
Our holiday home Piana dei Greci is surrounded by a family-run olive grove two kilometers away from the sea and the heart of Peschici.
The holiday home is surrounded by lush olive trees, a well-kept garden and a vegetable garden. It is multi-equipped and equipped with all comforts, in the name of a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Guests can also use the brand new MTB bicycles to go for walks or hikes and the ping pong table, but they will have access to the entire property, enjoy the olive trees, pick up products from our vegetable garden, of which, depending on the season, they will be able to use the products: various types of vegetables, grapes, peaches, figs.
It is totally white in perfect Apulian style, with typical architectural reliefs of the place.
EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION OF THE STRUCTURE
Equipped with an outdoor veranda with table and chairs, where you can have lunch or dinner among the olive trees, a small balcony with a very nice architectural detail of the typical domed houses of Peschici. To complete, there are: washing machine, barbecue, sink where you can wash objects or clothing and two drinking fountains. There is a solarium with deck chairs on the terrace for relaxing or sunbathing. Furthermore, parking for cars is ensured within the holiday complex.
INTERNAL DESCRIPTION OF THE 2 APARTMENTS
The two-room apartment is located on a mezzanine floor. It is composed of a double bedroom with an external balcony, complete with bedside tables and a large wardrobe, air conditioning and a lockable door; a living room with kitchenette, fridge, color TV and single or bunk bed on one side; internal bathroom with hot shower. The unit is complete with dishes, cutlery, cookware, tableware, bathroom and bed linen.
We adopt the ALL INCLUSIVE formula, and in fact the prices include:
-air conditioning;
-all consumption;
-Bed linen and towels;
-use washing machine, barbecue;
-final cleaning.
Free microwave and cot for small children are available on request.
POSITION
Our holiday home is located in the flat countryside of Peschici called Calena. Nearby is the homonymous medieval abbey.
At 100 meters there is a sports center where you can find tennis, soccer, basketball courts. Not far away there is also a kart track.
The accommodation is easily accessible by car, which we recommend.
SERVICES:
There is a centralized system for TV, private services, air conditioning, internal parking, shared washing machine, common barbecue, garden, solarium with deck chairs, first aid kit, bicycles and ping pong table. Free Wi-Fi internet available.
Market and bars and other services are places not far away.
We owners will attend from time to time in a very discreet and respectful of your privacy and your holiday, for the care of the garden and if you want some advice.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. It was a great time! Like you visit your own parents on villa. Owners are very kind and careful. It's better to travel there by car. Downtown of Peschici and beaches located in several hundreds meters from home. Authentic restaurants around are good as well. But if you like to cook yourself, there are 2 good supermarkets nearby. If you travel with babies, the area around the home is closed, so kids may play everywhere and you don't afraid they will get lost or run into an accident outside. Our son was extremely happy spending time in the playground. The nature around is so nice so we'd like to spend more time in the forest.
Great thanks to owners for excellent emotions! We definitely would like to return here next year!

First of all i would like to thank to Signor Nino and his family. He has organized a perfect place for a quiet relax and supported us with everything we needed. The location is really great, you can reach any beach and historical center in a few minutes although you live in a center of an Olive orchard. The seafood, vegetables and fruits are delicious, natural and fresh here. House is equipped with everything you may need, just take yourself here and enjoy.
