The location is amazing, the staff is helpful and friendly and the facilities offer everything expected from a hotel of this caliber. Would definitely recommend it.

The main receptionist could be a bit more helpful. I felt she was a bit less communicative than what i'd want in general. The rest of the staff was really friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The location is the best you can have if you want to be close to the best beaches of the island as well as the traditional villages of Raches. The room was a bit of a let down although it had amazing view (to one of those said beaches)
