Super emplacement avec une vue incroyable ! géographiquement proche de tout, je recommande fortement !!

super emplacement, super équipement - super séjour.... Belle vue sur le lac, logement spacieux, accès au lac par un tunnel sous la route et deux belles terrasses pour profiter de l'extérieur ! La chambre est à l'arrière et donc au calme. L'accès à la voie verte est direct. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture (navettes de bus gratuites en juillet/août). Accessibles à pieds, le Spar sur la place est suffisant pour les courses quotidiennes et la boulangerie près de l'appartement est succulente. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
rien. Juste le bruit de la route très fréquentée qui passe juste devant mais tous les amateurs du lac d'Annecy (comme nous) la connaissent... et y retournent quand même.

Very friendly host. The apartment is well located and well equipped. The view over the lake and the mountains is beautiful. Semnoz ski-resort is only half an hour drive away. We came with our dog and there was a wonderful walking trail just outside the apartment.

Lakeside location.
Five minute walk to the bus for Annecy which sometimes was free.
The same walk to a small well stocked supermaket open from 08:00 to 20:00 every day except Monday.
The apartment was on the main road out of Annecy and was continually noisy. However the double glazing cancelled the noise but it will be hot in the Summer with the doors closed.
