Luca a été très accueillant. L'appartement était très bien chauffé ce qui était très agréable le soir ou lors d'une journée de pluie.
Nous avons constaté des problèmes de ventilation et de fuites d'eau dans les salles de bain qui créent des problèmes de moisissures et d'odeur. Les prises de courant pourraient également être vérifiées et mieux fixées.

First off, the location was perfect! Right in the heart of Sorrento and its beautiful streets and alleys, with shops and cafes everywhere, yet somehow perfectly tucked away in a very quiet and private nook, directly next to a fresh fruit/veg market, a well-stocked food market, and a laundry service (which we used at the cost of 20E per load). The private gate to the apt provided a nice sense of security for my family, even though we certainly didn't need it given we felt very safe and welcomed. The apt is directly across from a craft beer cafe and next to a lovely wine bar with delicious food. As for the apartment itself, we overall loved it. It was a great size, with 3 private bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen with silverware, dinner, drinkware and cookware, and bar seating. The small patio was also a nice addition. My young son spent his cool down time on the couch with the TV that had the typical streaming services. We also used the gas stove every day, the washing machine and made plenty of use of the complementary umbrellas stored in the vase by the door. The beds and pillows also were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Lastly, our host Luca was very communicative and friendly and did everything he could to make sure we were prepared for the stay, thank you Luca! All of this was wonderful and really made for a great stay!
What could've been better? To be perfectly honest, the only real negative was the smell from the small bathroom, it was just a constant sewer smell that permeated throughout the apt. I would recommend to Luca and the owner to take care of this problem asap. I am surprised other reviews didn't mention, which leads me to believe it was a temporary issue for our stay. Other minor issues, the shower in the small bathroom floods the floor. I know this is a known issue but it was a bit of a safety concern that should be resolved simply with a small rubber curb or other device to keep the water leakage to a minimum. Also, there are no locks on the upper bathroom door and the bedroom next to the kitchen. I'm aware this may be customary, but it would not be difficult to add a small metal latch to provide at least some privacy. Lastly, the wifi worked well in the main area but was sparse in the bedrooms. I would suggest moving the router to the main area or adding a wifi extender.

Casa Speranza is brilliantly located in the centre of old town sorrento. This is a spacious apartment and is managed by the very helpful and available Luca. We would say that some tweaks would be beneficial such as more comfy mattresses, better furniture in the living area and just general modernisation. These are not deal breakers for us - it’s in a great location with a supermarket next door and restaurants nearby. It’s a 15 min walk from the train station- I wouldn’t want to do that walk with large luggage due to the cobbled streets but for us will small luggage it was easy.
Nothing really to not like- the addition of blinds to the main bedroom would be good - we were up and out every morning so it wasn’t really an issue.

Beliggenheden var rigtig god. Tæt på alt.
Der manglede krus og glas til hele selskabet. Sidepladser til alle manglede. En sofa til to personer er ikke nok. Gårdhaven var lidt uhyggeligt. Skulle side sammen med skraldespandene. Det store badeværelse kom der næsten ingen vand ud af bruseren. Manglede også rengøring.
