The room the hotel the location the parking and the restaurant.
Both our dinner and our breakfast were excellenttb
The spa.There was only 1 towel, we had to fetch our own, the hammam wasn't working at all, the sauna was at 40 degrees but would not get hotter and the showers were no more than a dribble

Brilliant location, great free parking, super clean pool, reasonable rooms.
Restaurant and waiting staff great. Smashing views and food was good.
Great for a short stay.
Bathroom wasn’t as clean as i would have liked, toilet smelt.
Carpet in room stained but generally of a reasonable standard. Mattress a tad hard for me personally.

The location was nice and thats it.
The bed was too hard. The lady in reception was not nice, when we told that in our room description it says lake view but we didn’t had, her suggestion was ”then you can cancel your reservation” ( actually if we would done it, we could not have the money back ) she clearly has no problem-solving skills ;) the room was not also so clean, bed had some hair/eyelashes from other people.
