Very good location.
Nice appartement in new part of the city, comfortable.
Parking place, shopping, walking - all in the surroundings.

Except that it is very clean, modern and comfortable, we like large windows which give lot of light. The building is relatively new. We appreciate also little but nice terrace, private parking, good sound isolation...

In terms of the accommodation everything was perfect. We've easily made all the arrangements. No issues there. The place was clean and easy to find. Everyone was super helpful. I have no doubt that I will definitely return.
The rental is owned by some outside Australian or New Zealand company. 50% deposit had to be paid using PayPal. This was one night only so 5% PayPal commission was the one you can simply ignore. But for longer stays you need to keep this in mind. This might be a problem for some local customers, but definitely not for people coming from abroad.

Clean, well equipped, private parking spot, close to various shops, cafes, restaurants and the big mall.
At least one proper queen size bed would have been nice, though existing beds are not uncomfortable.
