TYPICAL TUSCAN RUSTIC FARMHOUSE IMMERSED IN THE COUNTRYSIDE BUT TWO STEPS FROM THE CENTER.

Once booked, to receive the keys you simply have to communicate the expected arrival time to Carlo and make arrangements to be delivered directly to you. The apartment was completely renovated in 2012 preserving its typical features: exposed beams and vaulted ceilings that give it a warm and welcoming appearance, the furnishings are nice and comfortable. It consists of a communicating living / dining area and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite, wi-fi Internet access, independent heating, sheets, blankets, towels, equipped kitchen, microwave, espresso coffee machine, hairdryer. Gas, electricity, water are included in the price. The indicated price is for the apartment not per person.

Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area.

Es ist alles genauso, wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig- ein begehbarer Eckkleiderschrank, stabieles Bett mit neuer und sehr bequemer Matratze, groĂe Dusche und schöne Sitzgruppe innen und auĂen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, helfen mit Rat und Tat, wollen, dass man ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis hat. Carlo versorgte mich fĂŒr den ersten Tag mit Espresso Kaffeekapseln fĂŒr die vorhandene Lavazza Maschine und gab mir jede Menge Tipps, wenn es darum ging, wo der beste Strand ist, wann man in die StĂ€dte fahren sollte und wo man am Besten essen gehen kann. Silvana half mir bei der Begleichung meines ersten Strafzettels in Italien und sorgte auch dafĂŒr, dass ich mich auf der Terrasse wohl fĂŒhlte. Selbst die Nachbarn bemĂŒhten sich um mein Wohlergehen, man kam ganz leicht mit allen ins GesprĂ€ch. Supermarkt ist zu FuĂ erreichbar, Ponsacco hat verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, CafĂ©s, Pizzerias und ein groĂes Einkaufszentrum ist in 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Strand fĂ€hrt man ca. 40 min. FĂŒr mich war die Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Toskana zu erkunden, man fĂ€hrt ca. 2 Std. bis Siena, weniger als 1 Std bis Pisa und ca. 1,15 std nach Florenz. Einige Naturschutzgebiete liegen in der NĂ€he, nicht alle waren in Corona Zeiten 100% zugĂ€nglich. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, Carlo und Silvana haben noch ein Essen bei mir gut ;-)

Les propriétaires sont vraiment trÚs sympa et avenant. Tout est parfait, au petits soins. Commerces à proximité. Visite Pise/Florence/Sienne.

We stayed with Carlo&Silvana for 4 days and we just loved it. We had a very friendly welcome and we even got a nice bottle of wine and coffee đThe place was very clean, very nice decor and very comfortable. Itâs very close to Pisa and Firenze and Iâm sure you will just love it. Thank you Carlo&Silvana for everything and making our first time to Toscana a beautiful experience. x
