About this villa rental
It is a villa from the beginning of the century but also contemporary as suggested by the pool and furniture lines. Its wide and multiple shaded or sunny terraces with upscale furnishings allow you to enjoy at any time the Var’s climate. The outdoor kitchen and pool house on the ground floor allow you to lunch in the freshness even under hot weather. The pool maintenance is provided daily by a contact person housed in an apartment separated from the house without vis-à-vis with the property. Villa Fiesole is a few minutes (2-3) away of the block where you can launch your boat or jet ski. These can be parked on the property (enclosed) between the villa and the housing of the referent. 4 new bicycles for adults, one for child and bicycle helmets are also available. You can, if you wish, hire others in the city centre a few minutes away by feet. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances (American fridge, range cooker...), the large living room gives access to a wide terrace overlooking the pool and leading to the garden via an external staircase. On the first floor the master bedroom (with shower and separate toilet) and bedroom with four single beds provide access to a large and sunny terrace. A large bathroom with shower and toilet also occupies this floor. On the second floor: a master suite, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The 4 bedrooms and living room are equipped with televisions.

We enjoyed our week at the house very much. Everything was organized perfectly and the house fitted the online description. The location close to the town center and the beaches were just what we had been looking for and the set up of the rooms was very convenient for our group, consisting of two families with each three children. We can definitely recommend the house and would consider renting it again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison. Nous étions 9 jeunes adultes et la maison est largement équipée pour accueillir tout le monde. Le cadre est reposant et le voisinage calme. De plus la maison étant très bien située il est facile de se balader sur la côte d'Azur (Saint Tropez par exemple n'est qu'à 30 minutes de voiture). Nous n'avions pas de voiture mais il est possible de se faire livrer les courses, de commander des taxis, et la maison n'est qu'à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du centre ville de Cavalaire. Nous aurions seulement aimé être tenus au courant avant d'arriver du montant de la caution ainsi que des frais de ménage supplémentaires. Merci beaucoup pour cette superbe semaine, nous recommandons cette maison !

Die tollen Bewertungen täuschen! Das Objekt ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus hat zwar einen gewissen Vintage Charme aber die Einrichtung und der Pool sind Austausch-/ Renovierungsbedürftig. Es gibt zwei schöne Doppelzimmer die restlichen Zimmer sind sehr einfach und lieblos. Der Pool hat viele abgesprungene Fliesen und scharfe Kanten nichts für Kinder die toben möchten.
Das wäre noch akzeptabel gewesen aber die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter hat die Urlaubslaune getrübt. Wir haben eine Weile vor Anreise noch eine weitere Person per Chat angemeldet und keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Zwei Tage vor Ankunft erreichte uns eine Nachricht wir sollen 2000€ Kaution und weitere 250€ für die Endreinigung bereit halten. Diese Kosten waren im abgeschlossenen Vertrag nicht angegeben und wir sind bei den Wochenpreisen davon ausgegangen, dass die Endreinigung inklusive ist. Wir wurden vor Ort nicht Willkommen geheißen und haben keine Einführung des Hauses bekommen. Die Dame der Agentur hat uns nur den Hauscode zukommen lassen und sich wegen einer Hochzeitsfeier entschuldigt.
Für die zusätzliche Person war kein Bett bezogen und keine Handtücher vorhanden. Auch in weiteren Zimmern haben Handtücher gefehlt und waren teilweise so muffig dass wir sie erstmal selbst waschen mussten. Pool und Terrasse waren stakt verschmutzt, der Rasen nicht gemäht. Der Pool wurde statt täglich, wie im Vertrag beschrieben nur einmal mittwochs gereinigt. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach der fehlenden Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern wurde uns nur barsch geantwortet es wären genug für die gebuchten Gäste vorhanden. Das Bett eines Doppelzimmer war überhaupt nicht bezogen ( wir hatten für 6 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gebucht und noch eine Person nachgemeldet ) Man kann doch nicht einfach davon ausgehen dass es sich “nur” um Paare handelt die sich drei Doppelbetten teilen und zwei Kinder die in einem Vierbettzimmer zusammen übernachten sollten. Zwei Tage später wurden dann doch Handtücher auf dem Fußabstreifer auf den Boden abgelegt. Wir wurden während des Aufenthaltes nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist sondern nur mehrfach darauf hingewiesen dass die Kaution und die Endreinigung noch zu bezahlen wären. Am letzten Tag gab es dann auch noch einen Rohrbruch im Keller der aber noch am selben Abend behoben wurde. Wir würden das Haus nicht nochmals buchen hauptsächlich wegen der unfreundlichen Art, der ungepflegten Außenanlage und der schlechten Kommunikation.
