Wir waren das 1. Mal im Schwarzen Ross und sind sehr begeistert 🤩. Insbesondere der Chef als auch seine Mitarbeiter haben alles gegeben um uns einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Sehr schön war die familäre Atmosphäre, das super Essen und der unschlagbare Service. Die humorvolle Art von Maik hat uns oft zum Lachen gebracht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Unterkunft sauber, verschiedene Zimmer-Optionen, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Parkplatz am Haus, sehr zugewandter Gastgeber, Frühstück mit leckeren Brötchen (wohl vom Bäcker und nicht nur aufgebacken!), Eierspeisen werden frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet. Hier kann man sehr gut einige Tage verbringen und auch der Ort und die Region bieten vielfältige Möglichkeiten.
Keine Minibar/Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein (z.B. mal ein veganer Aufstrich, süßes Gebäck, Feinkostsalat...), Wellnessbereich nur nach frühzeitiger Anmeldung und mit 20 Euro Extragebühr (dafür aber zur Exklusiv-Benutzung pro Zimmer!).

-kostengünstiger Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel (1 Tag = 1€)
-sehr sauberes Zimmer

-Frühstücksbuffet klein aber fein und ausreichend
-Abendessen immer sehr lecker und abwechselndes 3-Gänge-Menü (Wünsche werden berücksichtigt)

-Zimmer/Ausstattung und Bad recht altmodisch
-fehlender Kühlschrank im Zimmer

The rooms were big and comfortable. The location was good. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was with a lot of options.
The manager (bald guy) was very rude. Lunch wasn't offered in the hotel, and even then I wasn't allowed to eat my own food in the dinning area. He was very impolite in the way of telling me is was not allowed. "I don't want this (pointing the food), no, no". Also, we reserved the sauna room, he made a mistake and book it for the next day. The other staff was nice and helpful.
At the end they wanted to charge us for parking spot that we didn't use.
