Quiet little gem, just a short walk from the main area of Skegness, lovely clean/tidy room. Lisa and Les were a great couple and like a bit of fun, they made us feel so welcome, the breakfast area was very well equipped and quirky with all sorts of interesting items and breakfast was delicious, would definitely recommend

Food was amazing A* Our room was emaculate and the added accessories made if feel homely.
Location wise really good, short walk and your on the main road that leads to all attractions. Lisa and Les are excellent hosts, they were on hand if we needed anything.
We will be visiting The Southwold again
For us there was nothing to dislike

Lovely, friendly hosts, Les and Lisa.
Very quirky guesthouse which we like. Lovely cosy room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast great. Do not fill up beforehand on toast and cereal, you'll know why when your breakfast arrives 😋
