As instalações, a equipe, o restaurante, o café da manhã, as piscinas - excelentes! Toda a equipe do hotel, desde a recepção, restaurante e pessoal da manutenção, são muito atenciosos. Apenas uma sugestão: sala de jogos.
O trecho da estrada que não é asfaltado é ruim, mas mesmo assim, vale a pena. O hotel e a vista são lindíssimos.

Atendimento excelente. Receptivo me surpreendeu. Todos funcionários muitos educados e solicitos. Vista da pousada fantástica, por do sol é lindo. Piscina climatizada. Restaurante dentro do hotel muito bom. Academia com instrutor.
Hotel distante do centro histórico de Petropólis, porém é compensando pela vista.

Do cardápio, não tem muita opção de escolha, só comidas que não como, as pizza nem se fala, nem parece que estamos no Rio de Janeiro

The view is great. Breakfast was good as well.
The bathroom smells badly from sump. The check out is too early and check in too late.
