The hotel is well located in the nice old centre of Langres. There is a big and secure car park at the rear which is invaluable for a motorbike traveller. The lady at reception was very friendly. The shower cubicle was for once properly designed so no water was leaking out onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was very good.
Check-in only opened at 5 which I find rather late these days. There is no lift so I had to carry my luggage up the winding stairs. No proper wardrobe to hang my biking gear. The colour of the room was too extreme for my taste (see photos). Little space in the bathroom to put out the contents of my wash bag.

Lovely traditional french hotel with quirky decor. Great buffet breakfast. Parking was a real plus.
The coffee from the machine was pretty horrible and no green tea available
