Lovely hotel! Couldnt fault it bar no onsite parking but there is a capark 5 min walk away so not a big issue

The hotel was excellent but the elevators in the hotel were slow and in the morning we had to wait 15 minutes to get any room in an elevator to check out of the hotel.

Stay was good, facilities could be slightly better, the hotel should have a gym. I was annoyed though as i paid for the stay at the time of booking and then when my wife checked in for our stay she was charged for the stay also therefore we paid twice. The hotel did refund the amount however weren't too concerned that this had happened and offerred no real apology for the inconvenice it had caused me which i found dissappointing as it was £160 that i was overcharged.
