About this apartment rental
Le Donne di Bargecchia is part of a small hamlet located on the hills above the beautiful Versilia, not far from Viareggio.
The property is divided into the main villa and 4 annexes (one lived in by the housekeeper and 3 for rent ).
The villa has been thoroughly restored keeping the original style of the 16th century. All around you can see the olive trees, bordered by a river, the sea and the lake all surrounded by breathtaking views.
In the main villa and in each unit 1 extra single bed can be added (it is on request and to be paid on the spot).
At guests' disposal:
- Swimming-pool mt. 7 x 4, max depth mt. 1.80, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and tables (for the exclusive use of VILLA LORIEN)
- Swimming-pool mt. 7 x 4, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and tables (for the shared use of the apartments "CECILIA", "GIUSEPPINA" and "GINA").
Patio with table, chairs, barbecue and a wood-burning oven.
Parking.
There are 3 cots available on request.

Cecilia is a small independent house located in a quiet spot in front of the other houses of the farm. From the covered terrace you can see a magnificent view, facing the lake and on the right by the sea of Versilia.
(about 100 mq.) on the ground floor:
1 double bedroom, 1 with twin beds, lounge, dining room, bathroom with shower, kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer and coffee machine), a outdoor patio with barbecue.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two people, a fireplace and TV. The decor is a mixture of modern and inherited characteristics that contrast beautifully with wooden ceilings and terracotta floors.
The interior walls are decorated with paintings in a Pop Art Andy Warhol type in which the main image depicts Cecilia, one of the "Women of Bargecchia" which gives its name to this beautiful outbuilding.
Private equipped outdoor area.
Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room.
The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen (additional set), Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning, Late Arrival, Pool towels, Refundable Security Deposit (cash), Tourist tax, Towels (additional set), Wood.
