We had such a wonderful 10 day stay at this property! The home was immaculate and the pool and yard were extraordinary. The view is really as good as it gets! My ten year old son had a fantastic time in the pool. The home is a couple of miles from the historic center of Todi, and also a few miles from a large grocery/mega store with everything you could possibly need. There isn't air conditioning but we were there during a 95 degree week and were totally comfortable. The stone house really does stay cool if you keep the shutters closed during the day. The family that owns the property stopped by once or twice to take care of the pool and outdoor plants, and gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants. Otherwise we were totally on our own. There are plenty of pool towels and outdoor chairs for relaxing around the pool.Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Really nice 2-week stay (again) at this near Todi property! The pictures do not do the house, pool, and location justice. Super clean house, excellent size pool, looking out on sunflower fields and the hills of Umbria. Wonderfully accommodated by the host, before, during, and after our stay - respecting our privacy at all times. Highly recommend this property for a family holiday!

soggiorno proprio come volevamo.. il proprietario Disponibilissimo e discreto.. una persona squisita.. posto incantevole non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio.. il top per tutto, dal posto alla casa.. alla piscina.. grazie di tutto speriamo di tornare..
