The house is located 150m from the beach and many nautical activities. It is a recent house on two floors, very sunny with garden and garage.
On foot from the house you can get your supplies at the 'Marché des Dunes' at 500m and walk on the Wild Coast.
You can also easily enjoy the whole peninsula (La Trinité sur Mer, Carnac and Quiberon are 15 minutes by car).

The house is lovely, plenty of room for our family (2 adults & 3 teenagers). Very well equipped. Little garden with patio area. Parking for 1 car directly outside. Only 100m from the sea and a few minutes more to walk to the little harbour of Port Ivy with a bar, couple of restaurants and a crepery. The beaches up the Atlantic coast are great for waves, shallow sloped fine sand, so the tide goes out a long way. Plenty more restaurants in Pierre St Quiberon & Quiberon. Also a new craft beer bar that does great pizza on the road to Quiberon - called Sparkle. We had a great 10 day stay and would definitely recommend this property for family’s who want to enjoy the local beaches.

La maison louée correspond en tous points à la description. Elle est très bien aménagée et très bien équipée. Nous avons même pu arriver quelques heures avant.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen netten kleinen Garten. Alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Der Check-Inn Vorgang war problemlos. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Hervé empfangen. Er hat uns alles detailliert erklärt und ein paar gute Ausflugstipps und Hinweise gegeben.
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 150m vom Meer entfernt, an dem wir mit unserem Hund oft spazieren waren. Portivy ist ein netter kleiner Ort mit Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben sehr gerne in der Creperie gegessen.
Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur 500m entfernt. Er hat alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub
