It was very clean, and everything you could need was there except maybe a couch or table to sit on (there was only a high table). For me, that was sufficient. I was there to see a concert at the Sava Centar so it was great to stay in walking distrance from the venue. Also, lots of (free) transport options around. I also liked the balcony. Staying here made me feel a bit like a Belgrade local :-)
I felt communications were a bit unclear. Apparently, I could pay in euros so I went to the city centre for nothing since I wanted to change money first. Also, I had to wait 10 min for someone to come with the key and I missed how to open the building door. Not the worst things, but it reminded me why I prefer hotels as you don't have to deal with this hassle.
Also, it was a bit noisy. There are three apartments in total and the other guests were coming and going a lot and I could hear them talking on the corridor. With earplugs it was okay.

It was a great size, for 4 people. Beds are really comfortable and big (king size). Overall a great place.

Location is perfect and it is the biggest advantage of this accommodation. It is good value for money, as it was cheap, but don't expect a lot. Sheets had small holes, and bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Check in went smoothly, the lady was nice.
