Perfect crash-pad; kitchen has all amenities incl. on oyster-knife.
Old building so noise from the staircase audible. Living room needs a bit of maintenance.

Excellent location
Flat tidy and clean
The smell in the hallway was unpleasant
The entrance to the front door was really untidy
The heating wasnt working

The apartment was excellent. By the second day, I felt like I was coming "home" after working. Arlequin was definitely a place I felt comfortable in. The furniture was cozy-from the bed to the couch- and I even saw that they left some movies to watch--wish I had the time to watch a few. Great location and the neighbors are nice too.
The only thing that wasn't the greatest, and it wasn't the fault of the apartment, was that the patrons of the restaurant across the street could get quite loud and the restaurant didn't close until midnight. With the window closed, it wasn't bad though.
