Struttura semplice e un pò dimessa però molto pulita, con camera e bagno spaziosi e ben tenuti. Comodo parcheggio e buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di Rovigo.
Le ruvide lenzuola di flanella e l'odore terribile di cucina che pervade corridoio e camere (basterebbe tenere chiusa la porta della cucina che dà proprio sulle scale delle camere). Inoltre la brioche riscaldata a microonde rovina del tutto la colazione.
