I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and really enjoyed several aspects of my experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options.
One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always welcoming and ready to assist with any requests. In addition, the hotel offered good facilities that added to the overall comfort and convenience of my visit. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
While my overall stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of aspects I didn’t particularly like. There were loud noises from outside during the night, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not always consistent and occasionally felt a bit too warm, which affected the overall comfort.

If I could have a rating higher than ten for front reception staff, I would say 100! Staff make a place special, and I have high compliments especially for Christina and Jason. They went above and beyond in assisting with local tourism, checking on my lost bag from a previous flight, and giving details for airport transportation when taxi drivers went on strike.
I liked everything.

Clean, good food, nice staff
Parking underground on 5 different levels. Upper levels mostly taken up by permanent residents. Spots are really tight and 10 euro/night - barely fit two compact cars, forget about an suv

Breakfast was better than expected.
The decor of the room and general feel of the hotel was quite down market. The photos on booking.com made it look a lot better. The staff did answer my request of twin beds and bath tub, but the room windows were tiny overlooking another building and the bath tub had no plug. We had to ask for one from reception and the one they brought didn't fit properly. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.
There were large tour groups that were quite loud after dinner and at breakfast. For us not a good experience.
