The apartment is perfectly located for a relaxing beach holiday with really good restaurants and beaches just a short walk from your front door. The accommodation is extremely comfortable with two large bedrooms with super king beds and a full bathroom with shower plus a second toilet. The rooftop pool is small but adequate and the sunset view is lovely! Every bedroom and living area has excellent air conditioning and there is a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast or an evening drink. The host is helpful with airport transfers and taxis and responds very quickly! I will 100% return here next year and wholly recommend staying here.
There is no view from the balcony but, that said, the view from the rooftop terrace is fab! A bar would be a great addition to the rooftop terrace and pool area!
The kitchen could have more utensils and cooking pots etc with olive oil, salt and pepper, and tea / coffee / sugar supplied but there is a supermarket literally 1 minute walk so not a big deal at all really!

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement voor ons drietjes. Overal airco en mooi zwembad met heerlijke ligstoelen met een magnifiek uitzicht over de baai. Dichtbij een supermarkt en diverse restaurants aan de zee.

Очень приятный и приветливый хозяин. В апартаментах было все необходимое, две спальни, два туалета, стиральная машина и посудомойка. Приятный дизайн. Прекрасное расположение, близко до пляжа. ( 5 минут) Есть ещё два пляжа до которых можно прогуляться пешком (10-15 мин): Кральевска и пляж Милочер, очень живописные. Рядом есть магазин Voli. Недалеко есть автобусная остановка, мы ездили вечером в Будву на автобусе, чтобы не искать паркинг. Билет 2,5 евро в одну сторону.
Всё было прекрасно.

The biggest deposit of this accomodation is the rooftop terrasse with pool, leisure area and a gorgeous view on the whole bay. The atmosphere there was great.
Washing machine at the room, very good airconditioning during the hot days.
We got a 2 bedrooms appartment that was supposed to be 75m2 big, but the room we got was max 50m2 with a very small bathroom. We were looking forward to a room with some view (preferable sea view), but we got a view to a concrete wall and main coastal highway few meters away.
Some of the indicated room equipment on booking was not there - microwave, fireplace, bathtub.
Pržno area is extremely crowded during the summer high season up to a situation where you can be hungry on Sunday as all the shops are closed and you simply do not get a table at one of the local restaurants. The prices here are about double of what is in Budva or Petrovac for comparable restaurants.
The overall impression is a bit ruined by some little details that could have been fixed: electric wires sticking out of the wall, no clothes hangers by default, missing night lamps, hot and cold water installed vice versa in the kitchen (can boil yourself easily), extremely cheap crockery.
The rooftop pool dyes your swimsuit green.
The breakfest is the worst value for money we have had in Montenegro.
There are some specific signs of "hospitality" such as the best places on the rooftop are not for the guests but for the family of the owner who we had never seen, the cleaning lady rushes you out of the room before the agreed checkout time.
