The views were amazing, and facilities were great!
We were locked out of the house for 2 hours before the management company sent someone to assist us and the issue was never resolved. The staff was unfriendly and provided zero assistance. No instructions were provided to use any of the amenities, so we just had to figure it out. When you pay as much as we did for this stay, I expected far better service!
