About this house rental
The Villa Erez is a beautiful family house located on a beautiful wooded land of which a superb cedar at the origin of the name of the house. Located in a residential area of quality, the villa enjoys an exceptional view on the surrounding mountains; Easy to live, very well equipped, completely renovated in 2011 by its owner architect, the house is furnished with design furniture, accessories and quality materials. On the ground floor there is a kitchen opening onto the garden to the south, living room, two bedrooms, one with French window to terrace, a bathroom, toilet, dressing room and piano library, upstairs a dormitory room children with 4 Single beds that can be transformed into double bed, a double room, toilet, bathroom. The whole on big basement with boiler room washer and dryer, cellar, bicycles at disposal. A beautiful set of garden furniture Fermob, electric plancha. The house is just minutes from the lively village of Saint-jorioz with all amenities, shops, banks, medical office, hairdressers, press, florist, tobacco, restaurant. The beautiful bike path is just a few rounds of bikes, it leads to all the beaches, sports fields, tennis courts, equestrian center, nautical centers, all sports activities. A regular bus service to Annecy and the towns around the lake. The Annécian owner knows the region very well and will be able to give information on activities and places to visit. Available tourist maps and documents that can be completed at the tourist office of Saint-Jorioz. We also have fun sharing our taste for the arts, music, architecture, decoration, painting, we leave at your disposal our CDs and our library.
