The cottage sleeps four people in a double bedroom with four poster bed and a twin, plus a bathroom. On the ground floor are a sitting room with open fire, a conservatory/dining room and a kitchen. Outside is a seating area and terraced lawns with outdoor furniture. Just a mile from the Jurassic Coast, 11 The Green is a charming cottage for a traditional Devon break.
Amenities: Electric Central Heating with log burner. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with freesat DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Parking is usually available on a quiet road nearby. Enclosed garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking.
