A very spacious and clean appartement right next to the city centre. The big balcony is definitely a plus and also the beds were very comfortable.

The location was perfect, so close to the tourist center and the old city. The apartment was big and my sister and I had lots of room in the living/ dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed. At the time the dryer was not working. We did wash our clothes but it did leak and we stopped using it. We enjoyed our 6 days at this apartment. Aix was a delight and the apartment’s location was a pleasant surprise to us.

1. Overall, a clean and well-appointed apartment 2. Excellent location 3. The owner is responsive to input.
1. Air-conditioning only in living room. Bedrooms had either a fan or a cooling machine, which were noisy and not as comfortable. 2. Opposite from student halls of residence - can be noisy/smoky in the wee hours of the morning with students meeting in the front of our building to chat and smoke.

Nice apartment with air conditioning. Very conveniently located to city center.
Parking directions were unclear and the owner doesn’t speak English at all. When we had problems it was very frustrating trying to resolve them.
