About this villa rental
This modern and stylish 3 bedroomed, air conditioned villa is the perfect holiday base for families and couples alike. The 8m x 4m pool and terrace are south-facing providing all day sun, and the outside barbeque is ideal for those relaxed evenings by the pool with a bottle of Rioja. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets in the nearby town of Pego, just 5 minutes away by car. Miles of beautiful beaches are found along this coast. With gentle sloping golden sands, they are ideal for families. The nearest is a 10 minute drive from the villa. Wifi is available in the villa.
Coast/Beach:
There are many sandy, shallow, blue flag beaches to be found along this part of the coast, ideal for families. The nearest to the villa is an 10 minute drive, and has two bars/restuarants plus nearby windsurfing school during the season.
Travel:
Monte Pego is found mid way between Alicante and Valencia, each of which is approx 90 kms away. Monte Pego is reached via Junction 62 from the Motorway. Car Hire is essential.
Distances:
Pego, 4km.
Denia, 15km.
Gandia, 12km.
Benidorm, 40km.
Further Details:
The nearby historic town of Denia is well worth a visit. The ancient castle remains, built into edge of the mountain, overlook the fabulous marina. There are plenty of interesting shops to visit, along with a wide choice of restaurants and Tapas bars. Valencia, Spain's 3rd largest city, is well worth a visit for those wanting to travel a little further. It can be reached in just over an hour by car and is packed with museums, art galleries, exhibitions and churches. Guadalest, Spain's most visited village is also about an hours drive away. A small white-washed village, it has been built into the mountain rock and provides an interested day trip.
Benidorm, which is around a 35 minute drive away, has three major Theme parks. Terra Natura, a 'global' zoo, allows the visitor to journey to Africa, America, Europe and Asia all in one day, with shows, mock-towns and views of the animals of the region on the way. Aqualandia is a large water park with pools and water chutes - try the Black Hole! And finally, Mundamar offers dolphin, seal and bird shows, along with a large variety of animals and reptiles to enjoy.
If you don't want to spend your evenings relaxing by the pool with a barbeque, there is plenty to do nearby. The Bella Vista hotel, just a 3 minute walk away, offers fine food during the evening. Elsewhere on Monte Pego (within a 5 minute drive) you will find an excellent Swiss restaurant.

We couldn't fault this villa. All rooms spacious and air conditioned. Everything well equipped including plenty of towels and bedding. The outdoor area was the best of all, with a larger than usual pool and plenty of space. The few small queries we had were quickly answered by the owner, Julie. If we come back to this area we will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was perfect for our family of 4 plus a few days with 2 additional family members.
Eveything had been thought of and it quickly became a home from home and allowed us to have a fantastic holiday.

Stayed in this villa several times. It is a great villa in a very quiet location. Always very clean and has everything you need. A car is a must.

Loved the villa which had everything you would need for a self-catering holiday. Very clean. The owner, situated in England, was available by text/phone at all times. The caretaker lived just across the road from our villa and were very helpful and approachable if needed.
