Had a lovely stay at Windsor Martinique. A great spot for tourists visiting Rio. Safe, clean and excellent location!

1). I arrived and when I went to my room, I noticed that bedbugs were in it. They switch me to a different room and the sheets were stained.
2). The elevator is so small only fit 2 to 3 people at a time.
3). I asked to use there microswave and they stated by law they could not allow it. I asked to see this law it was never produced.

Paper thin walls, uncomfortable bed, bathroom smells bad. They don’t even provide free daily water. Good location is the only redeeming feature. Avoid.
