Everything was exceptionally great. The view from my room great, food was just down the stairs from me, and the hiking trails was at the bottom of the steps.

Location, good price for the area, and services provided - place is clean and has all what is needed to enjoy staying a few days.
Sound proofing is not there, and i had hot water issues for 2 days in a row, thankfully staff was reactive enough!

Communication was excellent from the team. It's a wonderful spot in the middle of the town.
The stairs - Cornigilia is not for the faint of heart - there are no lifts so make sure you pack light. We were travelling with large luggage which was difficult in a small room. We were told we had aircon - but they removed the aircon remote. As the room was facing a restaurant, there was quite a bit of noise seeping from the window and we did not feel comfortable opening the window for ventilation. The room is well reflected in the photos but the common area/rooftop view is on the very top level with steep stairs.
