The Nispo4 apartment is located within a private, fenced property, 50 meters from the sea in the small bay of Nisportino, where unspoiled nature and crystal-clear waters provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
The cove is nestled in a valley with lush vegetation, while the surrounding mountains ensure a pleasant temperature, never too hot, even in the hottest months.
The crystal-clear sea and the pebble-and-sand beach provide a prelude to unforgettable sunsets.
The apartment is recently built and includes a parking space on the property, which can be accessed through an electric gate (remote control is provided).
The apartment comprises an eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a covered outdoor patio where you can enjoy lunch and dinner.
The apartment is equipped with dishes, cutlery, an oven, a washing machine, satellite TV, satellite Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a remote-controlled electric gate, and one private parking space.
*The apartment is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
*Access to the property and use of its amenities are for the exclusive use of the tenants indicated at the time of booking.
*Pets are not allowed, out of respect for and the safety of other tenants staying in the apartments.

Everything was fine, we just missed the seaview, but I guess this was not within the description of our appartement. Others have seaview as well. At least we had a beautiful view into countryside. Next time.

The appartement is very close to the beach with a nice restaurant (3 min. walk only) - which is very nice.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
But Nisportino is in a rather remote spot of the island - 20 min. drive by car to the next shop.

Nah zum Strand, funktionell, Terasse im Schatten ohne Meerblick, gute Grösse, kein WLAN, Waschmaschine sehr hilfreich. Für Ausflüge Lage etwas abgelegen, dafür nicht überlaufen. Waren zufrieden.

Abbiamo trascorso l'ultima settimana di giugno in questa bella casa a due passi dalla spiaggia.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa zona tranquilla dell'isola d'elba, il mare è trasparente e la spiaggia di ciottolini,
i proprietari sempre disponibili, sono molto simpatici e ricchi di informazioni.
Consigliato a chi desidera trascorere una vacanza immerso nella natura.
