Julie was extremely welcoming, friendly, very helpful and excellent company, we had some great chats! Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked at a time to suit us. She was very responsive to advance communications and provided additional directions to ensure we found the property easily. Location was quiet and perfect, as not far from the wedding we were going to at Foxtail Barns. She even insisted on taking photos of us in our wedding outfits! We slept really well in the very comfortable bed with very comfortable pillows and lovely bedding.!! It was also good to have the private parking at the rear of the property, essential for us.

The en suite is small and narrow but the shower was great. Sink needs a more suitable tap.

Everything. Julie is a fantastic, attentive host, great communication before stay with recommended places and info on taxi services! Added bonus of having a pool table in our room (we are pool fanatics!!). Bed very comfortable, best sleep I’ve had in some time, lovely wet room with hot shower with added supplies (I forgot shampoo and conditioner!!!). Breakfast was very good (too much for me though as large portion!) Would highly recommend!

All I can say is Julie the host could not do enough for you from waiting at the door on our arrival to sorting us out a local taxi to visit the local railway , the breakfast was cooked fresh and very enjoyable which I can recommend will deffo use again when in area

No tea, coffee making facilities, no tv, was asked to pay more at property 😞
