The room, the beds, the decor, the shower rooms, the location, the price, the ease of gaining entry, the great communication before my stay.
There wasn't a shower room on my floor so I had to go down stairs in the middle of the night to go to the loo, but I can understand that being in the attic!!

Great Location, reasonable price considering I was booking last minute, nice room with comfy bed, working TV, good Internet.
Bathroom horrible, not clean, automatic lights kept switching off - annoying when you are having a shower with shampoo on your hair and lights go off. Window in my room was broken, couldn't close it properly so cold air was getting in. No kettle in the room. No reception whatsoever or anyone to ask any questions. Very noisy with people slamming doors all the time - not accommodation's fault but still annoying.
