About this house rental
The studio :
Completely renovated, the studio villa can comfortably accommodate 2 people, or a couple with baby (possibility of adding a cot and a high chair). With an independent entrance, it is located next to our family house in a large garden with swimming pool.
Positioned in a very calm environment, the studio consists of a beautiful living space with double bed, a sofa with coffee table, and air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. The studio has a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. Sheets and towels are provided and WiFi is available. You will also have a barbecue and a garden table as well as access to our swimming pool. Private parking and bus stop (Grasse - Nice Cote D'Azur Airport - Nice) in front of the house.

Roquefort-les-Pins is a small, calm and peaceful village, surrounded by nature and often described as a well-kept secret. It has everything you need during your stay, supermarket, bakery, butcher, grocery store, organic store, weekly market, newspapers, banks, post office, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants and wine bar.
Roquefort les Pins is ideally located between sea and mountains, just 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Valbonne, 15 minutes from the nearest beaches, only 20-30 minutes from the beaches and cities of Cannes, Antibes and Nice and less than one hour from the first ski resorts.
Many activities for all ages are offered around Roquefort les pins: hiking, mountain biking, golf, horse riding, medieval villages, Provencal markets, museums, shopping, gourmet restaurants. Volgens de omschrijving heeft de woning 1 slaapkamer,maar het is wel degelijk een 1-kamer studio van 30m. De prijs lijkt gunstig maar de eigenaar rekent schoonmaak aan terwijl de hujurder in de instructies uitdrukkelijk gevraagd wordt deze zelf uit te voeren en "service fee" zonder omschrijving. Totaal dus een aanzienlijk verschil.
De "fully equipped kitchen" heeft geen afzuigkap. Als je in 1 ruimte moet koken en slapen is dat zeer lastig. Bovendien zijn oven, boiler en toaster aangesloten op 1 multistekker die ergens hangt te zweven naast de oven wat ronduit gevaarlijk is indien al toegelaten.
De "privé parking" is een staanplaats op de openbare weg voor de studio. Voor wie, zoals wij, de fietsen achter het hek plaatst op de toegangstrook van 1m breed, wordt het lastig passeren.
Ook jammer dat het zwembad al was opgedoekt bij temperaturen rond 30 graden in september.
Alles bij mekaar is dit geen rampscenario, maar wat ons betreft is deze studio geen aanrader.
