La posizione comoda vicino alla stazione e la pulizia della camera, la disponibilità al check-in anticipato rispetto al previsto
Avrei preferito maggiore attenzione al cliente. La camera non era calda, ho scritto per poter sapere come provvedere o se ci venisse fornita ulteriore biancheria, una coperta in più, mi hanno risposto il giorno dopo il check-out. Ho consigliato di fornire spiegazioni sul funzionamento dei riscaldamenti, magari insieme al resto quando inviano email con dettaglio check-in.
Carinamente ci è stato messo a disposizione un bollitore, per farci tea o tisana, peccato che contenesse già acqua e fosse pieno di calcare. Forse un' occhiata più attenta andrebbe data prima di mettere a disposizione la camera. Magari anche un messaggio per sapere se va tutto bene potrebbe fare sentire il cliente "coccolato".

Più un appartamento che una camera. Salottino, camera da letto e bagno, arredati con gusto, molto accoglienti, spaziosi e caldi. La mia camera era al piano terra era dotata di due portafinestra che davano accesso ad un giardino.

Le studio est grand av un petit jardin que notre petit chien a apprécié.
Au RDC donc un peu sombre. De l’humidité donc des odeurs surtout ds la SDB malgré un déshumidificateur . Jardin pas entretenu, terrasse et mobilier de terrasse pas propre, petit déjeuner copieux mais du sous-vide. Check-out noté sur Booking à 11h et à 10h20, la dame de l’entretien sonnait à la porte.
