About this house rental

This centuries old farmhouse lies surrounded by well-known skiing areas in the village of Niedernsill. The original farmhouse was renovated and converted into two luxury holiday homes. The ground floor has a great atmosphere with the beautiful large hall with vaulted ceilings, yet it's pleasantly warm because of the modern underfloor heating. The hall gives access to 4 bedrooms, all furnished with stunning details. The spacious kitchen is fitted with modern equipment and features a large dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate living room with a spacious lounge area and direct access to the sunny terrace, which offers splendid views of Hohe Tauern National Park. Guests can make use of the private sauna in the house and are given a parking spot. A supermarket nearby makes it easy to get groceries on foot. In winter, it only takes a few minutes by car to get to Kaprun and Zell am See. In summer, guests can enjoy the Hohe Tauern National Park, the famous Krimml waterfalls, the lakes of Kaprun and ofcourse the hiking and mountain biking. There are also 2 beautiful golf courses in the area.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Das frisch renovierte Bauernhaus ist zusammengefasst einfach eine Traumwohnung. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit vielen Extras (Partykeller uvm.)! Das Haus wird von einem Hausmeisterservice aus dem Nachbarort betreut. Check-In war problemlos und das Haus war ordentlich & sauber! Es gibt zwar im gleichen Haus noch eine weitere Ferienwohnung. Man bekommt aber von einander gar nichts mit. Alles im Allen: klare Weiterempfehlung!

Da wir vermutlich die ersten Mieter nach dem Lockdown waren und vermutlich kurz vorher nicht nochmal gereinigt wurde, war es nicht zu 100% sauber. Daher nur 4 Sterne. Außerdem wurde verschwiegen das es einen echt coolen Party/Aprés Ski Keller gibt. Was natürlich ein sehr erfreuliches extra war, aber daher nur 4 Sterne der Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats. Ansonsten eine super Location zum wohlfühlen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het huis is gelegen in een prachtige omgeving met ontzettend veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en wandelingen. De woning is ontzettend ruim en je hebt zeer veel comfort op alle vlak. Op een regenachtige dag zal je je zeker niet vervelen. De kinderen vonden de kelder met de voetbaltafel heel leuk. De aanwezige gezelschapspelen hebben we ook goed gebruikt! Alle ruimtes zijn met smaak ingericht en er is voldoende keukengerief aanwezig. Alleen een fruitpers hebben we gemist. Er zijn grote kleerkasten in alle kamers. Heel jammer dat de schoonmaak niet in orde was. De oven was nog ronduit smerig en de vloeren kleefden. Kwam dat doordat we 2u eerder het huis konden betreden dan voorzien? Ook moesten we nog naar keukenlinnen vragen en dat bleken gewoon oude vodden te zijn. Het toilet in de kamer aan de voordeur lekt en de douchedeur van de aparte badkamer sluit niet meer goed af. Daardoor heb je altijd een plas water in de badkamer staan na het douchen. In elk geval, wij hebben topvakantie gehad en we raden het huis zeker aan!
