We had a perfect stay with our children and grandchildren.
We were able to sit at spacious tables with 11 people inside and outside. Large garden with swings,slide and toys for the little ones. Good communication with the owner. .The kitchen was fine,only we missed a kettle for the tea drinkers... There is a lot to do within driving distance. Thank you very much Davide and also a kind greeting to your mother in law !

We had a great time at this quaint, spacious and clean property. The owners are very responsive and helped us at their earliest convenience. The only issue that arose was with the wi-fi speed, it was slow and patchy at times. Overall, we would recommend this stay! :)

Our group (10 adults) had a wonderful stay in Ortonovo/Luni.
Everything in the house was even better as it is in the pictures!
Very big, sunny and fully equipped villa.
The bedrooms, living room and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable and very, very clean!
The location is perfect to explore the Cinque Terre.
Friendly welcome and very helpful owner - we received all necessary information. The only minor problem was the internet - wasn't working properly....
But, a very good choice overall!
I would highly recommend this villa!

Check in at 6pm is too late, we had travelled from another villa in Italy and after the check in procedure that took about 45-60 mins it’s too late to be arriving at a villa and getting settled. Also we’re big recyclers and have no problem recycling at all but it’s a very strange system putting out different coloured boxes every night and collecting again in the morning. For 8-9 people staying at the villa the boxes were much too small. Also the above ground pool was never clean to use, it was badly affected by the rain and in the end we just told the host not to bother trying to clean as we wouldn’t be using it. The house itself was large snd well equipped and we enjoyed the property with its verandas and large garden. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Overall we enjoyed the house, location 10 mins from the sea was good, but check in time and recycling need to be changed to make it more user friendly. The hosts were very contactable snd replied quickly to any emails.
