About this villa rental

Villa Clotilde, is a structure surrounded by greenery, located in the hilly area of the city of Salerno, 5 km from the city center and all the tourist attractions in the area. The structure is well located in a strategic area, close to the highways, thus being able to reach all the tourist destinations of the Campania region, including the splendid city of Naples. The structure has three bedrooms with private bathroom in B&B formula: Ylenia room, Giorgia room and Federica room. It also has two apartments in holiday home formula located within the structure, but with independent entrance: Depandance "Lello" consisting of a double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, suitable for two people and with the possibility of adding a bed. Attic "Wanda", a 90sqm apartment consisting of large living room, dining area, kitchenette, two bedrooms, level terrace, suitable for 5 people. The property has a private swimming pool that is open to guests only during certain hours of the day and with specific rules to be respected. the
