Gute Lage, eine Ansprechpartnerin war jeden Vormittag verfügbar, das Einloggen war völlig problemlos und perfekt organisiert.
Die Wohneinheit war alles andere als schallisoliert, die Wohnungstür ist eine einfach verglaste Zimmertür, die schlecht schließt mit seitlichen Spalten zum Türrahmen. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon ist für 3 Wohneinheiten, sie ist außergewöhnlich laut und bläst heiße Luft in Richtung Balkontür. Macht ein Nachbar seine Klimaanlage an, wird der Balkon unbewohnbar und man kann die Küche nicht mehr lüften. Der Lärm dringt dann bis ins Schlafzimmer. Die Waschmaschine war falsch an das Heißwasser angeschlossen und wusch meine Hose bei 60 Grad statt bei 30 Grad, sie ist jetzt 4 cm kürzer. Der Schließmechanismus des Schlafzimmerfenster war kaputt.
