About this chalet rental
The cozy Chalet Anni is located on a slope at an altitude of approx. 1050 meters. The approximately 400 square meter property with a flower meadow and trees is bordered on one side by the Kelchbach and on the other side by the hiking trail. The orientation to the south-east gives you a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains in a quiet location. The living area is 121 sqm. In the attic there is a half-open loft with additional sleeping space. The kitchen, dining and living room with a loggia, toilet and shower are on the living floor. In the basement are 3 bedrooms, another bathroom and a larger loggia with direct access to the garden. The gallery in the interior and the two loggias with partial roofing give the house its very personal charm.

Nice location overlooking the mountains. Property is a little worn in places, but this is noted in the description and reflected in the lower than average rates and did not affect our enjoyment.
