Het uitzicht is prachtig, het huis heerlijk ruim.
Qua inventaris is het improviseren. Niet veel keuken attributen aanwezig. Ook doen sommige lampjes/stopcontacten het niet en lijkt het geheel wel wat gedateerd.

Die Penthouse Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und eine schöne Aussicht. Auch bietet sie viel Platz, drei gute Schlafzimmer, das vierte ist ein kleiner Raum, abgetrennt durch Glasscheiben und nur mit einer Gardine zuzuziehen. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge, der kurze Weg bis zum Haupthaus und Wellness Bereich auch super. Der Wellness Bereich selbst ist schön gemacht, aber von 5 Saunen sind eigentlich nur 3 zu nutzen, 2 sind einfach zu kalt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sichtbar an vielen Ecken und Stellen. Besonders in die Jahre gekommen sind die Bäder. Schlechte Lichtverhältnisse, alte Window colour am Spiegel, das obere Bad nur mit Badewanne, zuzuziehen mit einer Gardine. In die Jahre gekommende zusammen gewürfelte Dekoration an den Wänden. In der Küche fehlt es leider an allem möglichen. Geschirr ist recht gut vorhanden, Töpfe und Pfannen lassen zu wünschen übrig, Grundausstattung wie z.b. kleine Schneidemesser, Reibe, Nudelsieb etc nicht vorhanden. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden, aber keine Thermoskanne. Bei einer Belegung von 6-8 Personen sollte das vorhanden sein. Die Spülmaschine ist nicht gepflegt, hier fehlt es an Salz und Klarspüler, dementsprechend reinigt sie nicht vernünftig. Alles in allem eine schöne große Wohnung, aber der Preis dafür ist definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt.
