About this apartment rental
Residenza del Pascià is just 6 km away. From the town of Verbania and 20 km. From the Swiss border of the Canton of Ticino.
The apartment, with independent entrance, is on the second floor of the building located in the north of the park. Lovely and simply furnished but well kept in the details, it is immersed in the green of the large park, very quiet area, from the two romantic balconies you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.
You can make beautiful walks in the beautiful park of 60.000 sqm all fenced and exclusive, planted with rare and exotic plants, typical flowers of Lake Maggiore and fragrant essences. The lake area, vast and very exclusive, is equipped with a dock, no. 2 pools with sun loungers, no. 2 tennis courts (ground and synthetic), playgrounds, children's playground, bowls for bocce, barbecue area with benches and tables.
The set is guarded by a permanent concierge service and by park maintenance personnel.
From the apartment you can easily access a commercial square with the main services located in the hamlet of Gonte.
I will be in the concierge waiting for the guests, I will accompany them to the apartment and give them all the necessary explanation. Throughout my stay I will be available.

You can go hiking in the mountains, visit the picturesque country on the lake, the beautiful Borromeo Islands and the botanical park of Villa Taranto. A few kilometers away lies the Swiss, not to be missed is a visit to Ascona. You can relax by taking the sun and listening to the sound of the lake water.

insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub im riesigen und sehr schönen Park mit der Residenz - Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet ... einzig schade war, dass der Steg am See baufällig und nicht benutzbar war - Zugang in den See zwar möglich, aber optisch nicht schön ... super großer Pool mit Duschen, WC und sogar Getränkestand - alles in allem empfehlenswert ...
